Hi SRM gurus

I am facing the following error while creating SC, we are on SRM5.0(ECS)

The following error text was processed in the system QSR : Template interpretation failed. Template does not exist.

The error occurred on the application server stlqsrm00_QSR_01 and in the work process 1 .

The termination type was: RABAX_STATE

The ABAP call stack was:

In ST22 I found:

Error analysis

An error message had been received from the Web AS. No template was

found for the basic screen of the error message (program: "SAPMSYST" screen

number: 40), and therefore the ITS service had to be terminated.

If you can, fix the cause of the error. Only then is the

error message no longer sent from the Web AS, and the ITS service can

then run again.
