content created via xml forms and transported didnt work properly

Hello, we have such problem:

we transport xml forms from ep6 sps17 to ep7 sps12, then we transport content, in the properties of xml_files i didnt see any property : XML Form-Based Publishing, then i have developed java-application, which adds a such property, but my xml content not properly renders, but newly content renders normal
