Recocile SC Challan

Hello Friends,

when I reconcile SC challan with ref. to GR documents system only showing order material system is not showing issues material to vendor and when I enter relevant SC Challan no.system give me messege.<b>Challan material is different from material document</b>. Please suggest me what i have to do?

Please check the imward and ooutward movement type on SPRO.

Outward movment could be 541. Whereas inward movmenet type could be 543 O.

Actually I had not created Mvt. group for 543 mvt. when I created that it showing the issued materials.

Hi,

Pl. check the material sent to your vendor is maintained at J1ID table. It is possible that when you dent the material to your vendor, the material entry was there at J1ID, but till the time processed material is received, this entry has been deleted by someone. In this case, you will get the error as material in S/C Challan is different than the GR material.
