Portal activity report

Hi Friendz,

How can i assign the Activity report page to Role.

i.e

system admin> Monitoring>portal--> activity report

my requirement is this page will be assigned to My role . Is this possible or have i to create portal activity report iview .

urgent Plz.

Hi Akruthi,

You can make your own iView Activity Reports. But when you like to use that specific page with the activity reports:

Go to the PCD-folder and search for "com.sap.portal.activityReports". Add this page to your own role

Hi,

Do u find the default Activity Report iview from PCD, if u find that just copy that iview & paste ur folder. After that create page, open ur page-->right click activity report iview >Add iview to page>Delta link and save it.

Refer this blog

Create a workset, open ur workset >right click activity report Page>Add page to workset-->Delta link and save it & same think add workset in to role..

Hi,

i.Make a copy of activity report page and change its ID.Cretae one workset by right cliking your folder.

ii.open the workset ->right click on activity report page ->click on add page to workset.

iii.Create you own Role->open the role-> right click on workset->click on workset to role.set entry point to that role.

Assign role

i.Go to UserAdministrator->select the user->click on modify.

ii.search assigned roles,select your role(what you have created) and clik add.save the changes.

Yah senthil ,

I have idea how to create worksets and attach pages ..

Previous i went to the page location in PCD inspector

after that i have confused ..

there 1 copy and move option is there i selectd that option

i just copied to my folder ..

I got the Activity Reports page

I have assigned that page to wset.Wset to role ..

Hi,

Yes, You can create Activity Report Iview from iview Template...or copy Activity Report Iview from default iview in to ur page and assign page to role..
