when i go to the tcode QA32, and in selection criteria i have put only date and plant, system displayed the lots created in plant mentioned and between the date range.

but if i remove the plant and the date too, in order to see all the lots created till date in the system, i was not able to see a single lot and system gave message as 0 lots found.

what may be the problem?

Hi Sandip,

During this transaction run you want to give Maximum No. of Hits that means range and Layout & Ref. field monitor then system show the records.

i have given all these three things, still problem continues and if i am giving either date range or plant then it is showing the lots else not showing the single lot.

by the way, what is the use of Ref. Field monitor?

Check List setting,

Which radio button is selected. Based on that select inspection lots without UD.

that is not the problem list setting is all inspection lots.

with all the settings same, only if i will put date range or plant, it will show related lots but if i willnot put any selection data, it is not showing any lot.
