Controlling error while processing sales order

Dear All,

We have activated sales order component in controlling area through OKKP.

While releasing sales order system generates a message specifying two options.

1. create cost elements for this GL or

2. delete auxilary account assignment in co for cost object

Pl. explain the cause of this error & way of solving it.

Hi create ,

primary cost element for the G/L which you are used in VKOA (KA01-Prim. COst element)

Hi,

If you activate sale order costing, Sale order become an cost object. The g/L a/c assigned in VKOA should be a cost element.
