amount of data too large for internal table-pl suggest

Hi all,

we are trying to upload data for finance into F-02 transaction by reading the data file on the application server.Each file consists of around 20 lakh lines.

I'm facing problem while reading from the application server and storing in internal table.System is going to dump saying

'Runtime Errors TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED'

'No more storage space available for extending an internal table'

How do i proceed...Pl suggest...
