BC set

G' Day !

My question is regarding BC sets .

I need to create my own BC set [ starting with Y or Z ]

requirement is :- Quantity contract will get automatically released, as soon as it gets made.

1) can someone provide the steps for this ?

2) and how will one attach this to an existing BC set, or rather how and where to see the BC set that already makes a 'contract' and then a BC set for 'releasing' it. I assume this user made BC set shall come in between these two ?
