Persoonel Area - is an organisational unit which represents a specific area of the company organised according to aspects of personnel administration,Time management and payroll.

Payroll area - Payroll area is created for the employees who have the same employee group, carry same benefits.

It groups all the personnel numbers that are to be carried payroll on the same day,It determines the exact payroll period.

Ex: For salaried employees, u can create one payroll area and for Industrial employees to can create one payroll area

Payscale area - Payscale area is nothing but its a geographical location where the employee works
