Network Printer not getting configured.....

Hi

I am trying to configure network printer in SAP ECC6.0 which is running on HP-UX Cluster and Oracle.

When I enter the printer details, ip address host..etc...then after saving it turns red...

what is that I am missing in the configuration??

Is there any special setting required for printer configuration when SAP is on cluster??

Plzz let me know what needs to be done.....

Since we don´t know what you entered we can´t tell

Check that your spool server is correct and that it containts at least one spool workprocess.

that was funny

I tranported the printers from my development system..and the printers are working fine in the quality system..

now regarding the spool server there is confusion whehter i have to select the virtual hostname which is used for the cluster or what?

Yes - you need to use the name the instance is running on.
