C4C: Barcode Scanner for Custom Screens

Hi,

in C4C iPhone and iPad App there is a barcode scanner to add products to quotes and orders.

Is it possible to use that feature for custom screens? (the barcode reader or the whole quick-add screen)

Situation:

For example: If you open a quote, navigate to Products facet and use the add multiple button there is a small grey icon that will access the camera of your device and scans barcodes.

We need this feature in Installed Base screen to quickly add multiple products to the IBase. Either the full quick add screen or just the barcode scanner.

We can create the quick add screen ourselves but how to add the barcode scanner?

This is not possible as of today. I would suggest you use the Ideas Place forum to suggest this as a future improvement and track its status.
