How to increase the field length of a standard field??

Hello,

Could someone tell me how to increase field length of field znme1(table PAYR) in transaction FCH5 from 35 to 50 characters ??? We are using 4.7 version...

Please contact SAP India and explain the business requirement. Based on requirement they can suggest any SAP Notes if possible.
