Questionaire Required on All modules of HR for implementation of SAP

Hi Friends,

My client requires a questionaire on what all the information is required from the HR department relating to implementation of all modules of HR in SAP.

We are currently going to use 4.7 and are going to re-implement to 6.0.

They want me to prepare a questionarie as a part of Blueprint discussion.

Modules to be covered are OM, PA, Payroll,Negative time management,

Apart from these most important are Travel Management, Appraisals & PD, Training & Event Management bcoz these modules are going to be configured for the first time.

Can any one send me documents relevant to my need.
