How to verify RFC user?

I have maintained RFC desctination in SM59.

In my application I make RFC calls using these RFC destinations. Before I use this application, I need to make sure that the logon information(user and password) for the RFC destination is correct.

Is there a way to do it programmatically in ABAP?
