Tcode_XD03_tab_cin details

hi,

in the XD03 screen, one user has the tab "CIN Details" and another user don't have.

is that authorization problem?

if it is authorization problem, how to check that?

may i know what may be the reasons behind that?

what shall we do for getting CIN Details tab in the XD03 screen?

    To add on my previous reply,

    Below was the customzing procedure carried out by Functional consultant.

    SPRO

    Logistics - General ->

    Tax on goods movement ->

    India ->

    Master data ->

    Assign Users to Material Master Screen Sequence for Excise Duty

    Select Line containing Screen Sequence Number "21" - Std Ind.(short) tab pages

    & then select User Screen reference.....

    Hello Gayatry,

    Follow the below steps for both the users...

    1) After executing tcode XD03 ask the users to execute tcode su53 immediatly ( su53 is for evaluating authorization check )

    2) With the screen shots su53 tcode from both the users try to find the difference in the authorization (check for value in authorization object's)

    3) If there is any inform the respective team to get the autorization

    Hi Gayatri,

    This is not a authorization related problem but infact this is to do with the Customzing done by Functional Consultant.

    Once i had this issue in FI related transaction and after some customizing by Concerned FI consultant this was solved.
