Transport Protocol: It defines how data is to be transported from one system to another.
Message Protocol: It define how the message has to be tranforned (i.e. the format of the message) so that receiving system can understand that format.

for example:
transport protocol is a agreement of transmission line,it as a ship or train or plane.
it is message protocol as for type of goods shipped, you can ship dog or cat or people or anything allowed.
such as:
you can transport soap message by http protocol as well as jms protocol.
here:
soap message is goods shipped.
http or jms is ship.
transport protocol is vehicle allowed.
message protocol is shipped goods in the vehicle allowed.
