record working time

Hi,

we are using ECC6.0 and EP7.0

we have installed the BP's ESS n MSS,and have done all the technical settings.

when we click "record working time" iview, getting the following error:-

Exception condition "PROFILE_NOT_INITIALIZED" raised., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Any help is highly appreciated points will be given to useful answers
