Smartforms sent to Email Formatting Issue

I have developed a notification with Smartforms.

When viewing it through SAP (from SAP Inbox) the format of the table is perfect.

But when the notification is sent to the user's Email (Lotus notes) the table format gets messed up i.e. the columns are not aligned.

(P.S Our system is configured that all SAP Inbox mails get fwded to our email)

Please can anyone advice me how to solve this problem.
