MD04 -sale order not getting displayed

hi friends,

pls suggest to over come the following issue.

in my MD04 list, the sale order is not getting displayed.

system only shows MRP element as Order for my sale order.

( which shd be Cusord for sale order). also it doesn't show the order no/ item no in the mrp element details.

I checked the strategy group (40) also the requirement class for SD. (MRP-requirements planned indicator)

every thing seems to be perfect. also i checked the filters and the selection rules for MD04. they too have correct values (display customer order)....

I dont know where else i would have gone wrong? is there any other setting from the PP side...
