overflow STAT_ENQ in CI

we have a CI and 3 app's and we have the problem that in sap (sm51) only appears the 3 app's but not the CI. If you go to SO in CI, if you do in the CI a ps -ef |grep sidadm you can see all the Work Process up but in SAP you can not see the server in sm51.

I have opened the last work process logs and it says:

PfAddStatDura: overflow (43<4294967205,134), take max uint for STAT_ENQ

Can you help me?
