HOW TO READ THE VALUE

HELLO EXPERTS,

I am getting some value like 10304.000000

can anyone guide me how to declare the variable for this.

i did like

data: qunty(20) type c.

it is taking the value upto decimal point

    Use packed type

    data : p_value(13) type p decimals 6..

      Concatenate can only use character type fields.

      If your number 10304.00 is stored in variable v_test1.

      Do this :

      DATA: v_test2(20) type c.

      write v_test1 to v_test2.

      now use v_test2 for your concatenate statement.

    Try:

    REPORT ztest LINE-SIZE 80 MESSAGE-ID 00.
    
    DATA:  qty(15) TYPE p DECIMALS 6  VALUE '10304',
           qunty(20).
    
    qunty = qty.
    WRITE qunty.
