GP Process with Email functionality

Hi,

I want to create a scenario which is like the following:

1) Create an interactive form which will be prefilled.

2) The form will be sent to the approver through email from the gp process.

3) The approver will fill the form offline and send back to the system through email and it will trigger the next step in the gp process.

4) User will then be notified through email and go to the gp process to complete the process.

Does anyone know if there is any tutorial or guide which is similar to the scenario?

Or can anyone tell me how should i go about doing this scenario? how should i configure the email to be able to send and receive the files? and configuration of the gp adapter which will be used to monitor the received files and trigger the gp process?

And what are the things that i need to take note of (install or configure) before this kind of scenario will be able to work..
