Email Notification in the Process Chain

Hi,

I need add a process step to the process chain which would send an email notification upon failure or sucess to the users list.

Could anyone tell me the steps to do this.

Hi ,

My issue was process chain name, Log id, timing, variant etc.. are also getting displayed in the e-mail notification. I just need to mail the message alone which i wrote in the message box.

Could anyone guide how to resolve it.

Go to Process type and right click to create messege .

Select if you want an email if " Successful " Errors" Always".

Insert Send Message - Create a new Process Variant - Maintain Recipient List- Give Recipient & Recipient Type - Save!
