Hierarchy nodes in Bex query design

I am using Bex 2004s SP11. I have a Customer Hierarchy which has 6 nodes. I want to only display node 4 in the report. Or maybe have a variable where the user can select which node they want to display in the report. Is there a way to do this in Bex query designer. If so, please provide detailed directions on how to do this.
