SPAM Update

Hi,

At present we are having Support package manager - Version 6.40/0020.

As per the process of updating of SP stack we must install the latest version of SPAM.

When I check for the latest version of SPAM on SAP marketplace I found that the latest version is 0023, My question is Can I update the SPAM directly from 0020 version to 0023? Please suggest
