Task plan creation error: Maintenance Cycle for Maintenance Project

Hi Folks,

I'm implementing CHARM in Solution Manager and i don't have any errors in /TMWFLOW/CHARMCHK . even there is no error when click on refresh button in SOLAR_PROJECT_ADMIN.

But when i'm trying to create maintenance cycle i'm getting the error like : -

Solution Manager and Change Request Management are not consistent.

When i loked at SLG1 : - Task plan creation error: Maintenance Cycle for Maintenance Project and Solution Manager and Change Request Management are not consistent.

Please let me know if anybody got the same error????
