Career & Jobs iview in ESS

Hi Experts,

I have to configure Career & job iview in ehich , under Career & jobs I successfully worked on skills profile and it is working fine.

now in others like profile services profile realease etc, it is showing this error...

Hi Iqbal,

This error will occurs if the user doesnt have access to the system SAP_EREC_TalentManagement.Check the permission of the user for the system under System Administration-->permissions and assign needed permission for the same <b>or </b> check whether the system with sytem alias SAP_EREC_TalentManagement existing in portal,if not create a system and give the system alias name as SAP_EREC_TalentManagement.
