redwood preconditions

hi,

I've some issue with preconditions and I hope you can help me.

I've tryed to set a default precondition (RW_RUN_DEST_ON_ERROR, ...) in a step, but the chain, when runned, skips the step ever. What's the problem? Personally I believe I've forgotten to set anything...but I don't know....

Can you help me please?
