Transport Issue

Dear BI7 Gurus,

I am doing transports from my development to Quality. While transporting the Transformations and DTP it is giving an error and transport is failing. The log is saying "You are not authorized to use this transformation". In the log i can find that it is happening when it is checking the DTP. Has anybody encountered this issue while transporting, if so please guide me.
