Take the YTD (KPI) for any given month, divide by 12 (months in the year) and then multiplying by how many ever months in the year has passed. Ex:- YTD (KPI) for Jan,Feb,Mar = 1.2,1.5,1.1
Avg KPI (YTD) for Jan = (1.2/12)*1; Feb = (1.5/12)*2; Mar = (1.1/12)*3.

I am using range variable on fiscper from that i need to calculate this number of month .

prompt selection:

01.2016 to 012.2016

my KPI should cal culate like : jan : KPI/12*1

Feb -KPI/12*2

So my question is how can i this 1, 2 or march = 3 number this from range varible

If you have Calmonth/ Fiscal Period in Infoprovider

  • Make a formula Variable with Replacement Path
  • Replace with Key(High) along with offset- That is the Number the user will enter as higher Period
  • If Higher period is always last Fiscal period /Calmonth as u said in Your case: and you need to calculate the number of months passed based on system date then follow the same with Customer exit variable which can store Sy-datum
