T002 table

Dear Friends,

I created some tax codes for some tax codes it is displayed in englishj and for some tax codes it is displayed in German i checked in the table the data is getting T007S table where it is showing German and the same is showing T001A table english. When i am trying to pick up the data from T001A table the field is not shown (TEXT1).

is there any customisation setting for defining the language while creating the tax code.

What is the purpose of T002 table and where the configuratin setting for that
