ESS how to configure telephone call

Hi,

due to the fact that we can not disable the telepone dial link in ESS until the service pack is shipped, I would like to ask if anyone has an information how to customize that functionallity. Is there some documentation available? I found nothing under saphelp. Thanks for help.
