ESS how to configure telephone call

Hi,

due to the fact that we can not disable the telepone dial link in ESS until the service pack is shipped, I would like to ask if anyone has an information how to customize that functionallity. Is there some documentation available? I found nothing under saphelp. Thanks for help.

Go to spro in R/3

under ESS -> who is who maintain settings you will find option of allowing dialing option

1. Decide whether or not you want a particular option to be offered for selection in the ESS scenario.

2. If you do not want a particular option to be offered for selection, deselect the checkbox.

3. Save your entries.

Configuration for telephone (pzuswho) doesn't have an effect on the Webdynpro in ERP 2005 and Portal at this moment. It's a bug in the application. But I found a sort of workaround for that. I installed skype and now the link opens my skype application. The required service pack will be delivered in november I suppose.
