Timeline view in Sales Activity

Hi, Experts!

I want to use 'timeline view' in 'Sales Activity' tab. (like below example capture)

When i add Activity advisor content, activity timeline is viewing added time.

How to use these functions?

Please tell me, configuration or fine-tuning or any other ways.

I looking forward to your supports.

Thanks.

    Hello Deok,

I am not sure because your screenshot is not in English, but I think that you are not being able to see the time lines, because you did not configured it within the Opportunities activity

    1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
    2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
    3. Choose the Open Activity List button.
    4. Navigate to the Fine-Tune
    5. Search and open the Opportunities activity.
    6. Choose the Maintain Timelines link.

    7. Maintain the time line and save it

Could you please check it this work? if not, could you provide us a screenshot in English?

    Thanks and Regards

    • Hello Deok,

I have checked your request, and based on your last information provided, I could not find a standard way to add the timelines to this facet. Maybe you can customize it via PDI solution by creating a new table with the same name and with the same content as the Timeline.

You can also post your request in the collaboration forum; there you can request the new features for the new releases of the system

      https://ideas.sap.com/ct/ct_list.bix?c=SAPCloudforCustomer

If you need this functionality urgently you may contact your implementation manager to help with such request or approach directly the SAP Cloud Service Center via e-mail to SAP Service Center: servicecenter@sap.com

The benefits of using the above roll-in channels:

    • You make your voice heard when it comes to adding new features to future releases of SAP Cloud for Customer.
    • You have full transparency about what happens to all submitted ideas.
    • You can engage and connect with a network of other customers, partners and SAP experts
    • Best Regards
