sending email

Hi,

We are using action profile and this is used to send email out.

This works fine in GUI and the SCOT is also updated with the status of the message.

We are not able to send emails out from PCUI in Portal. we get the action executed and also confirms that the action has been executed successfully and that email is sent through internet to the BP number that is entered in the transaction in PCUI screen.

In the SCOT transaction, we are not the send status for the emails sent through PCUI

Are there any setting to be done on PCUI for action profile.
