Urgent: How to Configure Transaction Launcher for IC WebClient

Hi Friends,

I need urgent help.

1. Can you pls tell me how do I configure Transaction Launcher in the IC WebClient so that I get the Appointment creation on the IC Web Client ? Also how to Call ECC transaction IW21(Plant Maintenance(PM) Notification in R/3) from CRM IC Web Client ?

Pls provide the detailed steps with the BOR, Class and other technical details I have to enter while configuring the Transaction Launcher.

2. Is it possible to Replicate service Tickers or service orders from CRM IC Web Client to ECC Plant Maintenance Module PM Notifications or PM Orders ?

Pls send me docs relevant to this.
