No status object is available for <unknown object>

Hi Gurus,

I have tried to delete a service process. First, I changed the status of notification document to 'Deletion indicator Completed'. Then I executed the program named CRM_ORDER_DELETE. But I have received an error message: 'No status object is available for <unknown object>'. The version is SAP Solution Manager 4.0. I will be very glad if you help me.
