How to control transaction based on Employee Responsible and User ID in SAP CRM

Hi All,

We have SAP CRM EHP3 and implementing Sales, Services and Marketing. We have configured few Business roles for all the functionalities below:-

  • ZSERV_ENGG - AHC: Service Engg: W2
  • ZSERVICEPRO - AHC: Service Manager: W2
  • ZSALESPRO - AHCSC Sales Professional
  • ZIC_AGENT - Interaction Center Agent AHCSC
  • ZAHCMKTPRO - AHCSC Marketing Department

Now we have a requirement from the client wherein once a service engineer or employee log in with his/her user ID, he/she can see the service requests assigned him/her only and not of other service engineers.

We will have to use a single business role for all the service engineers.
