Hi,
I have set suspend time to two hours when I started my session. I was under the impression that the session would be suspended after 2 hours and left for the day. To my dismay, the next morning, the session was still showing as active. When I checked my AWS account, I was charged for 19 hours. Looks like the suspend function didnt work properly. Who should I contact in this case.
Thank you in advance.
