SSO Ticket Certificate has Expired as of Sept. 1st on the Portal

Dear All,

We are running NW04 EP6 SP15 for about 2 years now and the keystore certificate has expired as of a few days ago. I tried to create a new certificate in Visual Administration in the Keystore service. Now I am unable to login to the Portal to export and import into the back-end.

1. How does one create a new certificate?

2. Because I cannot login to the Portal, is there a backdoor to get into the Portal and fix thsi problem.

Any insights, please respond.
