Save Data - Internal Server Error - RABAX STATE

Hi Experts,

I got below error while saving data into system via simple input template. Let's say I have several model (Capex, Finance, Fund, Revcos, LegalApp) within 1 environment, all model can be saved without any error, only Capex which get below error. I also have re-activated the model by right click -> change -> click activate button just in case if there is any other Infoobject within Infocube not be activated yet, but still no luck.

I believe either excel or epm version is not an issue, I can save data to other model except capex.

Any suggestion are welcome
