Dear colleagues,
Our company is selling some sub-assemblies to our partner. Partner becomes owner of this sub-assemblies, assemble them and make final product, which is later sold to us.
I know that this can be covered with two separated processes, SD sales for sales of sub-assemblies and MM procurement for purchasing of final product, but is it possible to keep link somehow between this processes?
Or can we use subcontracting process here?
What is best practice here?
Thank you,
Harry
SAP has a function called Subcontracting with chargeable components
