This web dynpro iview (located in portal_content/com.sap.pct/every_user/com.sap.pct.erp.common.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.common.iviews/com.sap.pct.erp.common.isrstatusoverview) which displays submitted ISRs. It uses the sap.com/pcui_gp~isr web dynpro application.
There are two things I am trying to figure out:
1. How can you remove the Personalize button and freeze/customize the columns that are available for the end user? I am guessing this is web dynpro, but I cannot find it in the application.
2. How and where are the item links in the Description column generated? When clicking them they display an Adobe form using the Service Request: Form for Display page. I want to copy this standard page so I can disable the context menu, history buttons, etc. How do I change the link in the Service Request: Status Overview iview Description column to point to a customized page that I copy from the standard?
