How to Read/Write header/Item Text of any document like SO or PO?

What are the FM's used for this purpose?

Hi,

You need to use the READ_TEXT,WRITE_TEXT and CREATE_TEXT and SAVE_TEXT function module,

to Know the parametes which you need to pass to the function module, just goto that transaction code, then Goto --> Header --> Texts, Double click on the Text then a line editor will open then Goto --> Header then a popup will open there you will find all the options ...
