Configure iviews ESS business packages in to R/3 System

Hi ,

I am trying to Configure iviews ESS business packages in to R/3 System. SO any body having back end configuration set up . Is there any necessary to configure R/3 system.

When i open ESS iviews in portal only blank screens are opend.
