Using DTR for Webdynpro

I have two questions.

1. I am using NWDI for Webdynpro DC projects.

Is there anything special I need to be concerned about regarding the Ignored Resources setting in Netweaver Studio? Are there specific resources I must be sure to have checked and others that need to be unchecked?

I am familiar with setting Ignored Resources when using only the DTR for stand alone Java/J2EE projects (I need to uncheck both .project and .classpath) but I cannot find any information on appropriate settings when development SAP Component Model based Web Dynpro projects.

2. Ignored Resources is a global setting for Netweaver Studio. What if I am working on all sorts of projects which require different settings for Ignored Resources (e.g. J2EE project not using component model but using DTR for source control and a SAP Component Model Web Dynpro project).
