Out of 4, if 1 InfoPackage is failed.. What do we do??

Hello BW Experts,

If 1 IP is failed out of 4 IPs, what do we do to verify & Rectify it and make it working??

What do we do if in case we dont have any specific problem for the IP failure?? (how do we go now)
