failed to acquire exclusive lock on client session

Hello,

I am getting error when 5 users are logging in at same time & executing the same application all at the same time.

I tried doing this 3 times.

First time i got Error 503 : Service Unavailable :SAP Web AS is starting or started up but not yet operational.

Second time i got a blank screen.

Third time i got the error : com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.session.LockException: failed to acquire exclusive lock on client session.

Kindly suggest.

It happened to us with the User Administration WebDynPro application on the Portal. After this, the User Admin stopped responding until the server was rebooted.

Does anyone know what could have caused it?
