Work center data need to be fetched against user id name

Hi Experts,

We are trying to fetch the Work center by its description which is nothing but the first name and last name of user..... and we need to fetch it as per system user id.

Do you want to get the Work Centre by created by ? or you want to find out work order etc.

What kind of output you are looking for ? Pls be brief .
