Unable to delete subscription received through group

Hi,

I am not able to delete a subscription that I received as a member of a group. The subscription was created for a group and as a member of the group, I too inherited the subscription by default. When I try to delete the subscription using the Subscriptions Iview, it shows the message, "Subscription deleted", but the subscription still exists. Is it not possible to delete a received subscription? Or am I missing some setting?
