Hi Martino,

First screenshot shows Dispatcher in Yellow status "Server startup procedure running" on application server 'S4HANA99_02'. On second screenshot, we find that Gateway has been stopped; and disp+work says "Server shutdown".

Did you manually stopped the server, or did it stopped by itself? In that case, we would need, at least, Dispatcher trace file (dev_disp) and work process 0 trace file (dev_w0) to know what happened in meanwhile and why the application server was not able to start.

Both files should be available on work folder from affected application server 'S4HANA99_02'. Please provide them on this thread.

Hi Martino,

Can you copy paste logs of dispatcher.

dev_disp file in /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGS00/work directory
